I wrote these terms to match what the site does: it explains, it links out, and it does not give you a game file. I am not offering a contract to buy Vice City.

Rules
- The guide is information. It is not legal advice and not a promise that a third-party site is safe or still online.
- Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or send malware to the mailbox.

- Game files are not part of the site. Asking for one by email will not produce one.
Site material and third-party rights
You may read these guides for personal use and share links. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or authorize republishing the site. Third-party game names, artwork, software and linked material remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. A store or source link grants no license to download, host or redistribute a game.
Corrections and submissions
There is no public comment or upload system. If you email a correction, send only material you are entitled to share and allow us to use the correction to amend the relevant page. Do not send game files, passwords or unnecessary personal information. Copyright and privacy requests use the contact page.
Availability, responsibility and changes
Information and external links are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or current third-party pricing. You remain responsible for checking the game edition, your device and the official store terms before purchasing. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Access used to attack or disrupt the site may be restricted. No exclusive court or governing jurisdiction is invented in these terms; mandatory applicable law is not displaced.
