Vice City cheats by platform and edition
On original PC, type the code during gameplay. LEAVEMEALONE clears your current wanted stars; it does not stop you becoming wanted again. Back up a clean save before using any cheat, then do not save over it.

This update checks documentation and the community reVC implementation, not a new playthrough. No code here is labeled as tested by this site on the Definitive Edition, mobile or Quenq. Rockstar explicitly warns that saving after cheats can damage original-game saves.

Use cheats only in single-player. This is not a VC:MP cheat or anti-cheat bypass guide. The VC:MP project documents server anti-cheat and server-specific rules.
Original PC cheat words
Type without spaces while the game has keyboard focus. There is no need to download a trainer. This is a small reference, not a complete code list or a claim that every code survives in the Definitive Edition.

Console input: do not swap Xbox generations
A PC word is not a console button sequence. For example, the PS2 sequence for clearing wanted stars is R1, R1, Circle, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down. Enter the directional inputs on the D-pad. Check the full platform reference before using Xbox or Switch sequences; old Xbox Black/White buttons and modern bumpers/triggers are a common transcription trap.
The Game Informer DE table supplies the console examples above. The full community cheat reference separates PlayStation, Xbox and PC. Use it as a lookup, not a promise that every original code works in a remaster. This page does not infer Xbox/Switch combinations by mechanically replacing PlayStation button names.
Definitive Edition and achievement runs
The original and Definitive Edition code sets differ. Original-PC rows are checked against the reVC implementation. The console examples are published DE sequences from Game Informer, not fresh execution tests. Neither source establishes that every code works in every current patch; consult the full reference for the exact edition. Keep trophy, achievement and 100% runs on a clean save; no claim here guarantees achievement eligibility after cheats, and no universal claim says every cheat permanently prevents 100%.
Mobile apps and browser ports
Rockstar explicitly says the 10th Anniversary iOS/Android app does not support cheats. That source does not describe the later mobile Definitive Edition. Do not install a third-party keyboard, mod menu or APK just to enter a code. Use official mobile listings to identify the app you actually own.
Quenq publishes its own browser cheat guide, but no code was entered in the game for this update. A code listed by a port author is not a successful local test. If input scrolls the page, check keyboard focus and controls. For backup guidance, see save files.
Questions
Does LEAVEMEALONE mean never wanted?
No. It clears the current wanted level to zero. New offences can give you stars again; this is not a permanent police-disable or invincibility cheat.
Can I save after using a cheat?
Rockstar warns that even disabling a cheat before saving may leave the original save corrupted. Keep an untouched backup and reload that clean save after experimenting. Do not assume typing the same code again undoes every effect.
Will the browser port accept these words?
Quenq links its own cheat guide, but that is not a gameplay verification. Keyboard capture, the port version and the particular code can all matter. No browser cheat was tested for this update.
Can I use cheats in the original iPhone or Android app?
Rockstar says the 10th Anniversary Edition does not support cheats. Do not confuse unofficial keyboard workarounds with an officially supported cheat menu, or apply this old-app statement to the newer Definitive Edition.
